Terms of Service

The summary below covers the binding points.
1. Provider & subject
The provider is ligea GmbH, Hardtstr. 37a, 76185 Karlsruhe, Germany (Managing Director: Denis Türker, Local Court Mannheim HRB 737977, VAT-ID DE335195820). AI Act Radar is a brand of Denis Türker, exclusively licensed to ligea GmbH for operation. AI Act Radar is a B2B data service: structured webhook delivery, REST API and MCP server access for EU AI Act updates aggregated from public regulatory sources. For business customers (§ 14 BGB) only.
2. Not legal advice
The service is informational only. It does not constitute legal advice, regulatory advice, compliance certification or audit, and is not a substitute for qualified legal counsel. See the disclaimer for the full statement.
3. Pricing & billing
Plans are billed monthly or annually in advance via Stripe. Prices in EUR, plus statutory VAT (DE: 19 %; EU B2B with valid VAT-ID: reverse charge per Art. 196 VAT Directive). Cancellation: monthly plans end of billing period; annual plans on contract end.
4. Service level
Best-effort uptime in the initial phase. No hard 99.9% SLA. Events are delivered on a best-effort basis with retry on failure. Outages and source disruptions are documented on the status page.
5. Liability
Liability is limited to the fees paid by the customer in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Liability for slight negligence is excluded except for damage to life, body or health, and except where mandatory statutory provisions apply.
6. Data processing
Personal data processing is described in the privacy notice. A Data Processing Agreement on the basis of EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Module 2) is available on request to enterprise customers.
7. Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Exclusive place of jurisdiction is Karlsruhe, Germany.
